Home Inspection – Buyer

Our most requested service is a comprehensive home inspection following the Standards of Practice (link) set up by the State of North Carolina, serving the greater Asheville area.

Our skilled inspectors will conduct a non-invasive visual analysis of the home and its systems during a home inspection. These inspections are essential in the home-buying process as they often reveal seen and unseen deficiencies in the home. While deficiencies can be expected in even the newest of homes, knowing the strengths and weaknesses of the property as you move forward in the home-buying process is priceless.
