Sample Reports

We use HomeGauge software to deliver reports to our clients and their agents. Below are sample reports. They are examples of the style of report you’ll receive within 24 hours of your inspection. Each report contains the full details of your inspection, complete with color photos.

What’s provided:

• Access. Within 24 hours of your inspection, you will receive an email with a direct link to your report. You can also use your username and password on this page to access it.
• Visuals. Your report will include high-quality images of each of the findings, pointing out what’s important.
• Findings. During your walk-through, we will go through the findings with you. You will also have your report, so taking notes is unnecessary. You can learn more about the findings and what you can do if you can’t make the walkthrough in our FAQ section.
• Questions. If you have questions after receiving your report and attending the walkthrough, please contact your inspector. They can provide more information.
