Specialty Inspections
We offer many different inspection services beyond a buyer’s inspection, including pre-listing inspections, re-inspections, and new construction inspections. With all of our inspections, you can expect friendly service, flexible scheduling, strong attention to detail, and timely reporting.
Pre-Listing Inspections – Seller
Pre-listing inspections are a helpful measure you can take to confidently list your home and speed up the selling process. By identifying problems beforehand, you can make fixes or repairs, increasing the selling condition of your home and decreasing any concerns of a potential future buyer. A good inspection report, or even a reinspection report to hand a potential buyer, can also increase their confidence in the sale.
New Construction Inspections
All homes have their issues, even new construction. Some problems we see include foundation cracks, poor grading or drainage, electrical or poorly wired outlets, missing hardware or insulation, plumbing issues, etc. Home construction is an intensive process; even the most experienced contractors miss things. For the safety and security of your investment, we recommend a new construction inspection.
Re-Inspections
Your initial home inspection uncovered some issues, but you’ve taken the necessary steps to resolve them. Often, it’s easy to see whether a seller has adequately addressed a defect. In other instances, you may need a professional eye. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you’d like a re-inspection of any area or system on a home we have previously evaluated.
Warranty Inspections
Many new homes come with a one-year builder warranty. If you have a warranty, make sure you take advantage of getting a warranty inspection before it expires.
We will thoroughly examine the areas of your home that should still be covered by the builder’s warranty and identify any issues. These inspections can help you avoid costly repairs.
Commercial Inspections
Buying or leasing a commercial property is a big investment. It’s essential to take the extra step to get an inspection to protect that investment and reveal any costs needed for remedial work or ongoing maintenance. Beyond checking the building’s structure, we will also check for any health or safety violations and other hazards.
Maintenance Inspections
Maintenance inspections are the same as a general home inspection, except with no intent to sell. A professional home inspector completes this home checkup and examines the property’s structure, components, and systems to look for anything that might need replacement or is starting to malfunction and needs to be addressed in the near future.
